  • International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery time ranges from 7-14 business days.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the shipping method selected, the delivery address, and the weight of your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defect in the product.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing Delays: In rare cases, processing may be delayed due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances such as inventory issues, inclement weather, or shipping carrier delays. You will be notified by email if there are any significant delays affecting your order.

4. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipments (within the U.S.): Delivery times for U.S. orders typically range from 5-7 business days with standard shipping or 2-3 business days with expedited shipping, depending on the shipping method selected.

  • International Shipments: Delivery times for international orders can vary significantly depending on the destination country, customs processing times, and other factors. In general, international orders are delivered within 7-14 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or other third-party issues are beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. You are responsible for any additional charges that may arise during the shipping process.

7. Missing or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If you believe your package is lost or stolen after it has been marked as delivered, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. PLUTOSORA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are delivered.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at info@plutosora.xyz within 7 days of receiving the package. Provide a description of the damage and photos if possible, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

8. Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs office and are payable upon receipt of the goods.
