Refund and Return Policy

At PLUTOSORA, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help guide you through our refund and return process. Please read the following policy for more details.

1. General Return and Refund Guidelines

We accept returns and issue refunds according to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Products must be in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Shoes must be unworn and unscuffed.
  • Non-returnable Items: Customized, clearance, or final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at info@plutosora.xyz within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: After receiving your return request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with your return to ensure proper processing.

  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our return address:

    Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid by credit card, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned product is damaged or missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

4. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or a full refund. In this case, PLUTOSORA will cover return shipping costs.

6. International Returns

If you are returning items from outside the United States, please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping fees, as well as any import duties or taxes that may apply.
